The Park Trees & Shrubs Guarantee
We guarantee all Park products to be high quality, true to type, shipped properly, and to perform as advertised.  If this is not the case, notify us as soon as possible, and we will gladly resolve the issue, offer gardening assistance, or provide a company credit equal to the value of the product.  Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendations.

Ship Forms and What to Expect
We ship our plants in two basic forms, bareroot(A) and in containers(B).  Either way, your plants arrive ready to plant directly into the ground or pot into containers. Depending upon the species and time of year your plants may arrive in a dormant state (no leaves).  New growth will appear within weeks or even days of planting.  Bareroot plants(A) are shipped without soil or container, and packed in moist wood shavings.  Container plants(B) are shipped with soil in a nursery container -- which may be from 3" to 2 gallons, depending on the age and growth rate of the plant -- and topped with moist wood shavings during packing (shown).  Container plants provide a superior root system.  Cut or separate tightly circled roots before planting.  Pot size advertised and pot size shipped may vary slightly due to inconsistencies in industry standards.

Seasonal Shipping
Our goal is to provide landscape material to you year-round, but parts of the year it is not safe to ship live plants due to extreme cold or heat.  Bareroot trees and roses (packaged without soil or container) can be shipped from January until May.  Other bareroot plants and container plants are shipped year-round.
